Mikey Newton

Associate Pastor

Mikey has been Associate Pastor at Point View for 5 years. He was saved at the age of 31, and has been passionately pursuing the Lord ever since. He has a heart for all people and showing them Christ. He served in youth ministry for 21 years. He has been married for 33 years and has 5 children and 2 grandchildren.

2 Corinthians 5:21: “For our sake He made Him to be sin who knew no sin, so that in Him we might become the righteousness of God.”

Faith Taylor

Preschool / Children's Director

Faith has been working with children since she was a teenager through missions, camp ministry, and teaching. She graduated from Dallas Baptist University and partners in all things ministry with her husband, Jesse, and two daughters. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, cycling, and reading.

Romans 5:8: “But God demonstrates His own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.”

Marie Ryan

Secretary

Marie has been a member at Point View Baptist for more than 20 years. One week after “retiring” from a nursing career, I was blessed to be offered the position of the church secretary. I love this ministry and the opportunity to serve God while serving others. I have an amazing family, my husband Doug, children, Emily and Hunter and I’m “Goggie” to Ryder and Ryver.

Philippians 4:6-7 “Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace that passes all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”
